Is your rental agency charging you to much since the letting fee ban?
A lot of rental agencies are on-charging the letting fee to their landlords. This means that if your property is $500 per week you pay $500+GST and if your property is worth $1500 per week you pay $1500+GST per week for the same job.
I believe that even $500 +GST letting fee is to much for finding a new tenant. Finding a new tenant is a lot of work and a lot more work than the general day to day work on managing a property. Some extra need to be charged but I don't support the charge of a full weeks rent as letting fee to the landlord.
