WHY AM I IN BUSINESS
My vision is to provide ‘Exclusive Property Management with a Personal Touch.’ I take my business personally, and am referred to as Suus by my friends and family, so my company name might not be a surprise: ‘Property Management by Suus’.
After several years of working in Real Estate, I realised that running my own business is the best way to do things differently and deliver great experiences for my customers. With that in mind my business is about taking a personal approach with a focus on service to look after my clients, make sure the tenants are comfortable and properties stay in good condition.

INTRODUCING TIMEA
Timea has joined Property Management by Suus since November 2022. She has been assisting with Routine Inspections and viewings and since March 2023 she has taken on a more active and dedicated role with Property Management By Suus. Timea will be assisting with all tenant side of things such as Routine Inspections, tenant communication, maintenance and viewings. Timea has experience in dealing with her own rental properties and running her own successful business in facepainting. I am delighted to have her on board to continue to make landlord and tenant experience our priority.
