I’m Susanne Hessing. I manage rental properties for landlords who need someone they can trust absolutely to handle the required processes with Property Management. Meanwhile you will be in the drivers seat when it comes to being the first point of contact for your tenants and maintenance on your property.
The 5% +gst fee is over rent and potential invoices paid plus advertising marketing packs when required. This is a good option for landlords who don’t have the time or experience following all tenancy processes but would like to be involved with their tenants and property.
I take a personal approach, with a focus on service to look after everything you need. When required I could organise the maintenance for you and be the point of contact if the tenants can't get hold of you or when you are on holiday.
