• The discount applies per new managed property. Therefore if you have multiple properties you will receive the discount on each property you sign the management agreement for.
• The 1 month free management only applies when the management agreement for 5% or
7% management fee is signed during alert level 2.
• This offer applies until the government announces to take us out of alert level 2.
• I may reserve the right to decline any new clients.

OWNER PORTAL AND LOG IN
The property management system that I use is Palace. This is a cloud based software which I can enter anywhere in the world at any time. You will have the options to log in as the client and have access to documents, inspections and statements.
